Contented Pig Inn is a not-for-profit rescue and rehabilitation refuge primarily for pigs. Most of our resident pigs have been left abandoned or neglected and in desperate need of a safe and loving home.

We also offer re-homing assistance for pet pigs.

Located in the New England region, NSW, the sanctuary has become a haven for many wonderful pigs and an abundance of wildlife, including George the Cocaktoo and Darf the goat kid, left on our property by his herd. All the residents of The Inn are full of character and personality.

Over the past few years we have built a safe place for many pigs in need. They have the freedom to root in the soil of their enclosure without ever having to face the fear of an abattoir. Our mission is to provide the best possible life for the pigs in our care and strive to become as self sufficient and sustainable as possible.

Our recent move has provided the refuge with enough land for the animals and also to grow food. We are building an amazing, safe place for both farm animals and wildlife to call home for decades to come. We hope you can join us on our journey.

Contented Pig Inn is open to visitors and volunteers by prior arrangement.
