The Gardener’s Cottage: A lovely ground floor suite on farm animal refuge in Asheville!
Charming and colorful private, ground floor apartment in a home on Meadow Brook Farm microsanctuary in Asheville, NC, which is decorated with an eclectic mix of vintage furnishings and artwork. All profits go to support the animals in our refuge. We currently have two donkeys, two alpacas and two goats as well as two dogs and several cats. The space consists of kitchen area with dining area, small step-up bathroom with shower as well as a large bed sitting room. At one end of the room is a queen size bed while at the other end is the sofa, a desk, TV, dresser and wardrobe. Large windows overlook your private patio.
Please do not feed the farm animals or enter their pasture area, and be aware that bears are in the area so never leave food outside. Garbage must be put in the painted block shed
The 2.5 acre farm is located just outside the city limits of Asheville on the southside in a rural feeling cove, but all the amenities you might need can be found 5-10 minutes away including Whole Foods, etc.
