Cozy private room with ensuite

A beautiful and peaceful home located in Pakenham, Victoria. The accommodation features a quiet and comfortable bedroom and ensuite situated in a safe and scenic area of Pakenham. A few mins walking distance to the bus and five mins drive to the train station, local supermarkets, Woolworths, cafés, restaurants and more.

House rules

Whilst we respect our guests may be visiting with family and friends you may not have seen for some time, we do not permit additional unapproved guests or visitors into our home without prior discussion.

Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. For the respect of our neighbours, and ourselves, we do not permit guests to smoke/vape in front of the house and common areas, and advise if you wish to smoke/vape to do so off the property.

*Please be advised there is a strict $250 cleaning fee for smoking inside the house.

The space

We are a long term vegan family, which includes two rescue cats, and we regularly also foster an additional rescue cat or two. We have stayed in guest homes and AirBnb locations in various parts of the world for many years, and enjoy the privacy and ability to feel settled, home, and immersed in local culture when travelling. We hope to extend the same courtesy and hospitality to our travelling fellow vegan guests.

Guest access
Guests will have access to their bedroom, ensuite bathroom and coffee/tea station. There is cozy seating in a light filled nook, as well as access to the mini fridge, microwave, kettle and cutlery and dinnerware for their private use.
